Agent Builder Palooza 2014 SAVE THE DATE for AGENT / BUILDER PALOOZA MAY 1st, 2014 I’m writing to you in hopes that you will put this event on your calendar. This is the seventh year we have hosted Agent / Builder Palooza at The Preserve at Chino. Agent / Builder Palooza is the only opportunity you will have this year to meet and network with the largest home builders in CA. This is not a seminar, there are no speakers. You go from table to table to pick up information regarding new communities all over SoCal. You’ll receive information on floor plans, lot sizes, tax rates, HOA fees, commissions, and client registrations. Every agent should have a New Home Book as a reference guide to new homes not just in their local neighborhood but in multiple areas with various homes sizes and price points. Putting together a book like that would take months and here you can do it in an hour. We order lunch for 700, so it’s really a fun networking experience that has tremendous benefits. Bring plenty of business cards because all the home builders have drawings for fantastic gifts.
